PEACEEEE

part time pop star:

trying my best to keep this thing current. I love catching up with old friends. last year on valentine's day, i met an amazing and talented person. around november of last yearm we stopped talking. I never understood why and regardless, it doesnt matter. everything has been cleared up and it's all in the past. we talked for a good half hour. longest we've ever been on the phone. it felt good. it's always good to not have any enemies. it was a good ending to my day. I saw Lydia tonight. well some of Lydia (damn phone) They played at this bar called BackBooth which is a very cute little place in downtown Orlando. I'd consider going there again. The drinks were a little pricy. haha Work is going good still. It's no Carson's and that's shocking for me to say. I've been missing it a lot lately. No idea why. It could be because it's just an easier job than it is here. Closing registers is such a process here it makes Carson's look like gravy. I don't know what it is. I took that job for granted. Aside from catching up with old friends, I finally got to talk to Georgia for an hour and a half today! I think it was talking to her that really made me miss my old job. As much as I love it here I can't wait to go back there for the first time and see everyone and see how everything has changed. It's gonna be epic I know. haha For now, it is 4:30 in the morning. I am exhausted. I have a day off today THANK GOD! and I plan on spending it laying out by the pool and possibly catching up on some reading. TTFN. turn the clocks back

my alarm was set to go off at 5:45 this morning. but i've been awake since 11ish. Things here at Disney are beyond amazing. I turned 21 last week!!! It was a birthday for the books. I don't remember much. haha I think that's how its supposed to be. and ever since I've been enjoying my 21 year of life to its fullest! Candice and I discovered this place called i-bar and we're in love! Tuesdays is our day because it's Gritz and Gravy night. Oldies! Oldies! Oldies! Last night we rocked to Arethra Franklin, Michael Jackson, L-Train, The Doors and so many others! I'm still waiting to hear Elton John Bennie and The Jets. Maybe next week? Work is still amazing. Although today wasn't so good. I got an early release because I was not feeling well at all. I think some things are just starting to catch up to me and I need to start taking it easy. We'll see how long that lasts. haha The other day a little girl came up to my register to buy a my little pony box with a single pony in the box dressed in one pony outfit. now I know you're wondering (whats the big deal?) the big deal is for $18.95 you can stuff the box with as much pony shit as possible! so to get one pony and an outfit...we would have ripped that girl off. So i took her over to the pony station and we stuffed her box with everything we have for the pony (clothing, shoes, accessories) EVERYTHINGG! she was such a sweet heart. her name was aurora. so pretty i know! after we stuffed her box we went back to my register where she took out her autograph booklet and she asked me to sign it! I almost cried right there! I got to sign the same book that Mickey and the princesses did! that was by far, hands down, the sweetest thing that's ever happened to me. her mom then proceeded to take a picture of us. I felt so special and I was so thrilled to have made this family's day. I hope I see them again before they leave. I'd love a copy of that photo. I'd cherish it forever. Now I must bid you all goodbye. Today is the SALSA sale (Spend A Little Save Alot) clever I know! Hoping to score some sweet Disney merch for amazingly low prices. I must also mark my calendar. This is the earliest in my life I've started Christmas shopping. Good morning or good night. However you look at it.

Extra! Extra!

I'm trying my best to keep this thing current. My birthday is in t-minus 5 days!!!! I cannot wait! The big 21. I picked up some hours today at work. ye$$$$$$$$! Haha I started looking around for potential christmas gifts for friends and family and let me just say I better start saving some dinero. Work was such a joy today. I got to play with so many little kids and made their day a little bit more magical. I had to keep back the tears like 5 different times. I still can't believe that I'm here and I'm living like this right now. My neighbors are gonna be in town for a few days and I'm so excited to see them! I met a lady from Illinois and I told her to say hi to the beautiful state for me. It was bittersweet.

Broken promises

I'm sucha shit. I said I was gonna update this thing more now that I'm in Orlando but I haven't since I got here! In my defense I've been working my butt off! Work is going really well. I'm done training and I'm officially a member of Once Upon a Toy! Yayyy! Haha I've made some great friends since I've been here and its been non-stop fun for the past two weeks. It baffels us walking around the parks looking at all the guests and knowing that we didn't pay anything to get in. Its a good feeling. There aren't an abundance of cute guys which sucks. But we're hoping to find some once I turn 21 which is in 8 days BTW. Haha Today is Sunday which means industry night at HOB. Candice, Melanie and I plan to lay out for a while at the pool before I have to go to work at 3:30. Hopefully it will be busy because of labor day and the day will go by quick. Pray for me!

Btw. The Blink 182 show was a complete success! Christina and I managed to get the barricade on Tom Delonge's side and we even got our limited edition t-shirts. Best concert ever thus far in my history of concerts! RIP DJ AM!
